CWP and SSL

I've got a CWP application that I need to add a full security certificate to. A few years ago I dealt with this issue around a non-FM shopping cart system and I hated dealing with it.
 
The end result I need is is for users to have https when they log in to the CWP site and while they're using it. I also understand I should have a certificate between WPE and FMS.
 
The FileMaker Server is 13v1 on OS X 10.8.4, though we'll likely do a v2 update next week. The php site is hosted on a different server than FileMaker on a large Linux share.
 
 Remote work is fine. We can pay well, with a firm quote.

I'd like to have this done by September 1st.

I'm looking for full support, probably ongoing, on this.
