Google Maps - error Browser Font size not supported

Web viewer object uses google maps to display job location, brings up this error and user has to dismiss. I've seen some suggestions about makin it a static map. If I use map quest it's fine but the customer wants to use google maps.

This error is making me nuts! I've searched and still not sure what the solution is for this error.  I've attached a screen shot.

Thank you!

Up until about 3 weeks ago, I received that error for about 2 weeks, then I stopped receiving it-without making any changes.   I take it "Learn more" didn't help?  I also assume your browser is updated.

Both platforms or one. Browser is?

Well I am currently working on Mac OS but this solution will be used on both platforms.I just tried it on a PC and the web viewer object works correctly. So only wiht the Mac OS Mavericks. Browsers are updated.

I guess I wasn’t clear enough. I meant have you tried this on both platforms, if so what browsers are you using?

I thought I answered it, I have tried it on both platforms, as I said above: the PC, the web viewer object loads correctly, no error message.

On the Mac is does not. I have Safari & Firefox on the mac.

I'm on Mac Mavericks with FM 13 Advanced Pro. I've noticed that a small web viewer will result in this font size error. If you make the web viewer bigger (haven't tested for exact pixel sizes), you don't get the font size error.

It resulted in me moving a small map web viewer from the front view of a company data layout, creating a new tab and plopping a bigger web viewer in there. That'll do as a work around for me. Maybe it will for you?
