i had a bad bad bad bad experiences with wouldcloud for the filemaker server 13 clouding, does can you suggest a serious cloud company?

Point in Space has a good rep afaik. Never used them tho

I've been using triple8 and they've been great. Very affordable and good service.

 

In six months we've had only 1 or 2 instances of down time and they lasted around 10 -15 min.

Any suggestion for cloud services with clients in Asia?

 

I know some services have servers in Singapore or Hong Kong,  but my clients are located in Thailand where internet may not be fast.

Worlcloud is misleading users and wasting their time and money.

I believe it is a one mans operation by a guy called Joe King.

They or he don't pick up the phone,

They don't call you back

They never respond to service tickets

They don't maintain their website

and worse of all

 

They shut down servers without notice. (I lost valuable data)

This is a fraudulent and criminal company!

 

To answer your question, i am very happy with FMPHost.com

Their servers are at least 5 times faster than the junk service offered by Worldcloud.

I was with these guys for just about two years, My credit card on file expired in april... On May 11th I called in and gave them my new one and they wouldn't prorate me for the 9 days of suspended service. Remedial logic depicts this as unfair, the "boss" wouldn't even get on the phone with me. I have brought my solution over to to Triple8 and they have been great. Move your dataaway from these crooks immediatley!
