Suddenly my file is asking for a password

My file was alerting me to an unknown script error each time I opened the file.  I went through some preferences to try to locate the unknown script and delete it. Now, I've hit some button by mistake and my file is asking for an account name and password.  I have had neither.  Now i can't get into my file. Is there a way to get rid of the password?

Try using Admin as the user name.

Please set an Account Name and Password for your file.  That will avoid this problem and many others as well.
