With the combined power of 123sync, the FM Books Connector plug-in, and the Productive Computing sales and support staff, a customer's FileMaker solution is quickly integrated with the Intuit® QuickBooks application. 123sync will allow users to connect to a variety of QuickBooks lists, transactions, and modules.

Creating a custom QuickBooks integration can be a lengthy and expensive process. The 123sync Accounting Integrator offers fixed price integration packages potentially saving thousands of dollars in customized development costs. With unlimited users per integration, businesses can save time and energy by eliminating double entry of contacts, invoices, or sales transactions.  The annual subscription will ensure users are always compatible with the latest versions of QuickBooks and FileMaker. Productive Computing, in partnership with SolutionMakers, Inc. will provide a seamless installation, configuration, and technical support.

System Requirements:

123sync is verified compatible with FileMaker Pro 12-15* (*32-bit if FileMaker 14-15), Windows 7/8/10, Mac OS X 10.9-10.11, and may work with earlier versions. Note: Macintosh® integrations require one instance of Windows that includes QuickBooks and FileMaker Pro for Windows.

123sync is compatible with the following QuickBooks for Windows applications (32-bit):

• US Versions: Pro, Premier/Accountant, Enterprise, Simple Start 2011 - 2016
• UK and Canadian Versions: Pro, Premier/Accountant, Enterprise 2011 - 2016
• Australian Versions: Pro, Premier/Accountant, Enterprise 2011 - 2013, Reckon Accounts 2014

Integration Packages:

123sync is offered with two integration packages along with an annual subscription. The Basic Integration Package covers the most commonly asked for integration modules and is available for $2,500.  The Advanced Integration Package is available for $6,000 and adds additional data modules such as Payments, Inventory, and Sales Receipts. The $600 annual subscription per 123sync integration provides unlimited users with installation assistance and technical support.
