September 28, 20169 yr Note that there is no mention of Web Direct in those documents. So the apparent conclusion is that it is not supported.
September 28, 20169 yr But WebDirect is supported. External Authentication is not, and that ends it for my clients.
September 28, 20169 yr I am actually aware that WebDirect is supported. Not stating this in an important first-glance comparison chart seems like a mistake. Agreed also that lack of External Authentication is a problem.
September 28, 20169 yr Huge problem. Deal breaker for me. No way I'm scripting accounts in a multi-file system. I've setup my dev environment on AWS and so I expect they'll have Ext. Auth. in the future.
September 28, 20169 yr Author Please remember this is a 1.0 version. There is, I believe, a high likelihood that future versions will have added features and functionalities: http://fmforums.com/blogs/entry/1629-filemaker-cloud/#comment-108 Steven

September 29, 20169 yr For me, the lack of server-side-schedules is a deal-breaker. But, as you say, it's a version 1 product. Hoping they add this in the future.
September 30, 20169 yr What's the process for converting BYOL and if you don't like it converting back your license back to FBA AVLA?

FileMaker Cloud needs a special license key. If you have a valid license contract, that includes server, you can get a converted license key by contacting FileMaker Support.
