I had this working before, and now it is not.

I need to construct a FIND to get records to load into MAILCHIMP for promotional emails.  The selection criteria is as follows:

1.  Omit any COMPANY records

2.  Omit any records with a KEYWORD of "NOMAIL"

3.  Select records for varying keywords

Depending on the entire data set count it may be more efficient to do this

Find: Select records varying keywords.

Perform find - you should get your total found count including the ones you don't want.

Enter find mode: OMIT - Company - new request - OMIT keyword NOMAIL -

choose CONSTRAIN found set from menu.

Hi Sue,

      Try to do the following:

      1. In Contacts, go into Find mode.

      2. Select the "Company" checkbox and select "Omit" for "Matching records:"

      3. Click "New Request", select "Omit" for "Matching records:" and enter in "NOMAIL" in the "Keywords" field.

      4. For each keyword that you want to find, click "New Request" and enter in the keyword in the "Keywords" field.

      5. Perform Find

Sincerely, Carson
