360Works Launches "Guaranteed Reliability" FileMaker Hosting Service to Better
Support Remote Work

360Works, a leading FileMaker product development company, Amazon Partner Network and Claris Partner Platinum Member, is pleased to announce a new and improved FileMaker hosting service in the cloud, leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) with 360Works AWS certified developers on staff.

It is more critical than ever to move away from on-premise hosting and put FileMaker data on the cloud where everyone can access it, no matter where they are working. 360Works recognizes how important this is, and now offers complete FileMaker hosting services with added benefits and tiered service plans.

Services will include guaranteed backups, securely protected data, upgrades to latest FileMaker Server versions, support for 360Works products with MirrorSync and 360Deploy pre-installed, and disaster recovery.

What does "Guaranteed Reliability" mean? Quite simply, we guarantee 99.9% uptime for hardware and network, and a $10,000 guarantee that you'll always have a backup of your data to protect against problems like data corruption, user error, or ransomware attacks. See guarantee details at the 360Works hosting page.

As an Amazon Partner Network member with AWS certified developers on staff, 360Works provides expert support for your environment. When you host with 360Works, you are benefiting from a deep pool of technical knowledge that includes FileMaker Server, AWS, and how to make them work perfectly together.

"We moved our last rack-mounted server from our office to AWS about eight years ago. Until then, I didn't realize how much time we spent scrounging for space on hard drives, power and network outages, and remote access issues.
Now, I don't have to worry about whether we can keep working
because of a storm or a construction crew cutting our cable,
and working from home is simple no matter where people are located."

- Jesse Barnum, President of 360Works

Getting your files moved from your existing server to a 360Works cloud-hosted server couldn't be easier using our optional full service data migration. For a nominal fee, 360Works will remotely connect to your existing server and move all of the files to a 360Works server, usually with less than an hour of downtime. 360Works will even take care of setting up your backups and custom schedules. Of course, you can do the migration yourself if you would prefer.

Hosting prices start at $95 per month. Learn more about the benefits of 360Works hosting, like:

  • 360Works hardware, network, and backup guarantee
  • Staying up to date with FileMaker Server versions
  • Pre-installed 360Works products (MirrorSync and 360Deploy) to help you work better *license key obtained separately
  • Optional full-service migration service

For existing hosting clients, no changes are required and clients can continue using the hosting service already in use. If existing hosting clients are interested in a new tier, please contact 360Works to migrate the existing hosting setup (additional charges may apply).
