I have an FMP 19 file with 29 tables that was corrupted by Time Machine. I have now excluded all of my FMP file from TM backup and incorporated backup scripts in my most used FMP files.

I did manage to find in my backups, an uncorrupted file from Nov. From the corrupt file I I exported all the records from all of the tables, then recovered each one of them and they showed no errors. I then imported them into the clean Nov file. I then recovered the Nov file and it is corrupted again. I tried this numerous times with a few other clean older files with the same result.

What am I doing wrong? How can I get a clean file? Do I have to start over from scratch?

I am using FMP 19 version 19.6.3.302 on a Mac Studio.
