Newbies Phil Feldman Posted March 28 Newbies Share Posted March 28 I log in to the admin console for FMPServer 19. I see the option to close a file and then download a file. Ocean West Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 Are you using external containers on that file - I believe it may need to convert them from external containers back to internal before downloading.
