There are 2 ways:

1. use another FM client and connect online through TCP/IP (Internet) network.

2. With Web Companion you can try to share your database over Internet to browsers.

In both cases set up strict security allowing only your machines to communicate and not the whole world.

Hi, setting up either a web interface or direct sharing is easy providing the host computer (or its Internet gateway) has a fixed IP address. If you are using a regular ISP dial-up connection it's going to get harder.

If you're on a dial-up, I guess a work-around would be to pass your colleague the session address your computer has been assigned each time you make a connection.

regards, jeff
