Was wondering if it is possible in the results table online to have the table line alternate color like a portal window can on the layout..

I.e. first result background white and the next gray then white and so on.

Some JavaScript code for that was posted quite some time ago on the CDML forum. You might try searching there. You mignt try "table color" or "alternating colors" for your search string.

Yes you can but it's a bit messy with CDML - instructions are here;

There is a built in function in Lasso for doing this too
