I am using a Mac, dedicated to FMPro web publishing. Right now I am running Filemaker 4 on it. Can I also run Filemaker 5 Pro concurrently without any problems?

How would I do it? Thanking anyone for answers...

I suppose you could do this, but I wouldn't recommend it.

If you do want to, I would first name the two applications something different. Append the version number to the end of each program's name in the Finder.

Second, give them different IP ports in Application Preferences Plug-In section. Click on the Web Companion plug-in and click Configure. I would give the primary web serving database a port of 80 and the secondary one of 591.

These are things I can think of off the top of my head. There may be other things to consider too.
