iMarcW Posted March 23, 2004 Posted March 23, 2004 In FMU 6 for OS X 10.3, I have WebCompanion configured to publish Access, Error and Info logs, but they are not in the FileMaker Pro 6 folder and I can't find them elsewhere on my hard drive. Are they somewhere else, or is there perhaps a permissions issue preventing them from being written? I am running FMU as a non-admin user.
Steve T. Posted March 25, 2004 Posted March 25, 2004 Hi, iMarcW! I think you've got it. In FMU 5.5 and OS X 10.2.8, our log files are exactly where they're supposed to be (top layer of FileMaker folder), but we DO run FileMaker as a user w/admin privileges. The access log is always fine but sometimes our error.log is useless and filled with repeating message with no date/timestamp as if spirals out of CPU control. --ST
