Nothing seems to have changed other than my own code. The errors are often, but inconsistent. I may get them 8 out of 10 page views then not get them for 20 page views.

Has anyone seen this?

Here's a little more info...

This seems to be associated with the image_proxy. When I comment out the require_once to include image_proxy.php, the problem appears to stop. Also, I'm having a problem with images coming from FM. In a PHP echo (html) The image size is set to 100 x 65 but the image is showing up as 110 x 75. 110 x 75 is an old setting.
