Simply have a portal that i want to simple show me the calls with the status of "Open" I am serving this file, so my global fields arent retaining thier values...so what is another way to pull out this data? mr_vodka Posted July 30, 2007 Share Posted July 30, 2007 Use a global field (stop serving, change field, and then reserve or set field with opening script) or global calc field to store the word "Open".
