script does not recognize newly imported records *newbie alert*

i was given a batch of 9,000 or so records for reporting purposes. there's a script that was already made so i can query for a specific date & area from the records. It worked fine..

But when I imported about 500 new records in CSV format - the script won't recognize them.

What am I doing wrong? I'm able to view/browse the new records. Everything seems to be fine.

My guess would be that dates are not being imported correctly into the date fields. They may be rendering as Text.

nope, they're all timestamped and imported as timestamps like this '10/01/2008 11:38:00'

this is really killing me

If the field data is displaying with the [color:red]', then it isn't being recognized as a date data. In other words, I see a leading, and a following aphostrophy "[color:red]'" [color:red]'10/01/2008 11:38:00[color:red]' as the data, it needs to be 10/01/2008 11:38:00.
