Before Apple's resurgence about a decade ago, they had a small booth or barely a presence. But since then they have had the largest booth and made a major draw to the convention, especially with SteveNotes.

I guess it's a mixed blessing, as in recent years Apple has overwhelming expectations for product launches around big events, but with their new direction they will hopefully be able to have impromptu events and release products at will, hopefully more often, with just as much fan fair.

In most resent years, however MacWorld has been really "iAccessoryWorld" where every other vendor had some accessory products, for the iPhone/iPod.

Truly an end to an era!!!
