Charity based in Wells wants to move its Dbase to FMPro. It wants to skill one of its staff in FMPro, so is looking for a developer to work alongside that member of staff, (a) to help him or her build the database, and the skills to grow it and (: to be there in the background when things go wrong, or further help is needed.

This is a cross between a development job and a training job.

I'd love to hear from experienced, not necessarily certified, developers interested in this as a medium-term job.
