If possible, this database needs to connect with GIS data in Quantum/GIS.

we associate costs to the sale of his material;

In order to send a PT, you can do it in a couple of ways. The quick link is click on [color:blue]User Options and then pick the option of "[color:red]Send User a PT"

Or

Click on the user Display name

Then look for the option of [color:red]Start Private Topic
