August 10, 201015 yr Author Thank you for your reply. I am trying to explain this, but i am having a hard time... This is for a gym... I have a person coming into the gym and they need to access thier page upon check in. When they put in their account number and name i want to find there account info and take them to their record. I don't want to make priviliges for each one there will be hundreds of users... Any ideas? I'm not sure this is making any sense... Edited August 10, 201015 yr by Guest Removed shouting.
August 10, 201015 yr I don't want to make privileges for each one there will be hundreds of users... You wouldn't want them to see the other member's records would you. i.e., goals, successes, and failures would you? An alternative would be to have a Staff Member do the logins. Lee
August 10, 201015 yr You don't need privilege sets, only accounts - and account creation can be scripted.
August 10, 201015 yr I've developed a similar process for my clients to check their support contract time. They 'login' with their account number and the system performs a search, brings them to a layout and shows only their results. Nav buttons make it impossible to see or search anything else.
August 11, 201015 yr Author genr8er That sounds more like what i want.... For my application it does not need high security. can you give me some more info please?
