Thank you for your reply.

I am trying to explain this, but i am having a hard time... This is for a gym...

I have a person coming into the gym and they need to access thier page upon check in.

When they put in their account number and name i want to find there account info and take them to their record.

I don't want to make priviliges for each one there will be hundreds of users...

Any ideas? I'm not sure this is making any sense...

Removed shouting.

You wouldn't want them to see the other member's records would you. i.e., goals, successes, and failures would you?

An alternative would be to have a Staff Member do the logins.

You don't need privilege sets, only accounts - and account creation can be scripted.

I've developed a similar process for my clients to check their support contract time. They 'login' with their account number and the system performs a search, brings them to a layout and shows only their results. Nav buttons make it impossible to see or search anything else.

There is no security in layout measures.
