I am looking for a mentor to help me with FileMaker's PHP API. I have the video series "FileMaker 9 & PHP Foundations" by Lance Hallberg and several articles by Johnathan Stark. For the most part things are going fine, albeit slow. However, I am stuck on authentication.

Also, my current code is procedural, which is fine. However, I would like to eventually use an MVC architecture. Please note, I am not interested in PHP frameworks at the moment - just a simple MVC architecture in order to help me understand this method of coding.

I would like to develop a mentor/student relationship. Please email me at [email protected] with your rates and experience with FileMaker's PHP for API.

I know you mentioned Jonathan Stark's "articles" but may I recommend his book "Web Publishing with PHP and Filemaker 9" which I believe you'll find to be an excellent resource.
