October 20, 201015 yr Newbies Ok, this is the situation. I am trying to create something fairly simple in the way of contact management. There are two tables, one for the business and one for the people who work in the business. I am trying to recreate a view where the user can click and choose the specific Company which will then populate the Contact field (this currently works) and from there fill in the remaining fields. The one *problem* that I have is that if I change the customer field it will NOT repopulate the city, state, etc fields for the changed customer name. Here is a simple screen shot and I hope I have been clear (new to the forums) and by all means ask if I did a horrible job. picture: http://cl.ly/2uNS

October 20, 201015 yr Zip your file, and attach it to a Reply here. If you do not know how to attach a file, review this post. Link Lee
October 20, 201015 yr Author Newbies Thank you for that however, whenever I click on the manage files section of the reply all files are grayed out and I was looking for a quick and elegant solution to the issue. I just tried to attach the zip here again, and grayed out.
October 20, 201015 yr that's funny, I just checked it, and it works for me. Managed File » Choose File » (find the zip file on your Hard Drive) » ADD (wait for the indicator to finish loading) » Finished If this doesn't work, then send me the zipped file via my email, and I'll add it for you. Lee

October 21, 201015 yr Author Newbies Ok, maybe I will simply try and explain this too you all. What I am doing is creating a customer management database where there is a "customer" and an "address." What I want these two tables to do is be related (easy) and have one layout where I can choose a customer, which will in turn show all the listed addresses for that customer, I click one and it populates the rest of the fields. What is occurring is I can get it to show the related addresses; however, when I go to change to another address (from the one it adds automatically) it only changes the name of the address and not the rest of the fields. Very much like cascading or branching choices. Thanks for the help
