Thanks for such great product. I really like the look of this software and as I am new to Filemaker it seems to tick many boxes.

I would like to know if I can modify the searches for Account/Name/Staff to turn off the warning pop up window every time you search.

Look at script (400) Account_ID_Search. To bypass the warning simply disable the line that says Show Custom Dialog... It's about half way down the script
