What gives with insert sound and insert PDF in Filemaker 13?

I am absolutely frustrated. I see greyed out areas to insert Audio in the Menu

I am trying to insert audio into a container field. The same is true for PDF.

 

I can drag any file into the container field and it resides there but It doesn't play or open.

What is going on?

I need to do this.

Select your container while in layout mode, then look to Inspector > Data tab at the very bottom.  Check 'Optimize for interactive content.' :-)
