gary29422 Posted March 10, 2015 Posted March 10, 2015 I'm using FMP11 v2 on a Windows 7 x64 laptop. When I print, I get a "Not responding" message and FMP stops working. I must turn FMP off using Task Master. I tried upgrading to v3 or v4 but I can't get the update to work. I've reloaded my printer driver. I'm stumped... any ideas?
Wim Decorte Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 what kind of message do you get when you try to update?
gary29422 Posted March 11, 2015 Author Posted March 11, 2015 Hi Wim, At the top of the window, next to the file name, it shows (Not responding). I need to use Task Manager to quit FMP. What a bummer. It just started doing this.

Wim Decorte Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 tried upgrading to v3 or v4 but I can't get the update to work. I was referring to this part of your post. When you try to upgrade, it should just work. If not, what errors do you get. Either directly from the installer or from the Windows application event log or system event log.
