So I have a solution that utilizes PDFs via a portal. The solution works well on the desktop, but sometimes on FMGo 14 if you select the PDF to view it, the program crashes. Any hints or ideas as to why this may be happening?

You say "sometimes". Sometimes with any PDF or particular PDFs?
