Hello Experts,

 

In my attached sample file, I have two Tables Inventory and Transactions. In my Inventory Table I have fields

 

1. Current Month Inventory
2. Last Month Inventory

 

I want these two fields to capture the count of my Last month Inventory and the count of my current Inventory.

 

In my Last Month Inventory Fields I like to have 1589 Bottles / 7 Boxes ; If someone withdraw 235 Bottles This Month My Current Inventory Fields will Show 1354 Bottles / 6 Boxes.

I have attached another sample file to show what I want to accomplish and to make myself more clearer and more easy for you to help me. In my "Current Month Inventory" field I make a calculation ( No. of Bottles & " Bottles " & "/ " & No. of Boxes & " Boxes ") which is showing my current Inventory now : 235 Bottles / 24 Boxes

 

Can you please help me because my problem now is how can I get the "Last Month Inventory" field to Show 260 Bottles / 26 Boxes from the previous month.
