Is it safe to use Filemaker Pro 19 Client with Filemaker Server 18?

We're using Server 18 and aren't ready to update to Server 19 yet. One of our users has a new laptop running Monterey and has Filemaker Pro 19 installed since Filemaker 18 isn't supported.

Would it be safe for them to use Filemaker Pro 19 to access files hosted on Server 18, or could that lead to issues like database corruption?

Overall it's fine. You have to be mindful of the differences between 18 and 19 for the end users... But it is safe to use Pro 19 with Server 18. We have most of our users on 19, Server is 18.0.4. We are waiting for new hardware for our move to FMS 19.
