Snapshot links no longer functional

I just updated to FM 19.5.2.201 and our snapshot links will no longer open files.  I am able to open files directly.  I tired creating a new Snapshot link, and get the following error message.  BTW- LaunchPad is the name of the snapshot link. 

LaunchPadThis XML Package does not appear to be valid and cannot be used.

Any ideas?   Anyone else having this issue?
