Wacky behavior on Adjust Window step

I have a old database that in the past I've turned into a runtime without issue.  I think the last version of FM I used to make a runtime of this DB was v16.  I've been trying to use FM 18.03 to gen the runtime this time.  It's working fine on the runtime build process but when I run the runtime database exe, in the startup scripts process the DB is terminating on Any "Adjust Window [To Fit]" script step.  Hits an Adjust Window step and boom, terminates.

I can use the full client to tweak the database in the runtime folder and comment out all of the Adjust Window steps and the runtime will load after that.  And, oddly enough, I have some buttons on the main DB menu that adjust the window size using the Adjust Window step and those work great after the DB completely loads.  It's only during that initial startup script that the Adjust Window step seems to be causing issue.

Anyone run into this before in a runtime and have a possible solution?
