I have attached 3 Databases. I have created an order database which contains relational data which are in portals from the Products database and the Summary Database.

What links the data is the field CoglineNum

My Questions:

1. Is this the proper way to setup the relationship between the databases or would you suggest an alternate way?

2. I have two layouts. The Main Layout has scrolling portals. On the work order screen (which will be viewed by the person processing the order) how can I get all of the data to be displayed when it is printed out on paper.

I don't think so. I suggest you start here:

I also see no reason not to use a single file for all your tables. But that's beside the point you're asking about.

Typically, invoices/orders are printed from a layout of the LineItems table, with a header or a summary part showing data from the parent invoice/order record.
