Script step 'Save a Copy as' produces rubbish

Featured Replies

Script below produces attached rubbish output.  Have tried creating new file from Excel data, but same result.  Mac Mini Apple M1 running Ventura 13.4 How do I correct this please?

1. Show all records
2. Go to Record/Request/Page [First]
3. Save a Copy as [file:Reg14 File IN USE BACKUP; copy of current file; Create folders:Off]
4. Close File [Current File]

Produces file output attached, not a copy of FMPro file:

Reg14 File IN USE BACKUP

Try adding the .fmp12 extension to the name of the file.

Yesss!!!!  Thank you so much.  That solved the problem.  FMPro is a great bit of software, and so often the problems that cause you headaches are resolved by what should be obvious logic.  Again, thanks.
