FM stop working.

FM stop working. I started FM and it now asked me for a License Key. I have my key but it was me to go to my certificate. I purchased this FM 18 Adv on line from Amazon. It worked fine for over a year and now it wants my certificate. I have the License Key, but it doesn't give me a space to manually enter the key. Any Help?
