Well the possibility might exist, but more information is needed here. How do you want them to get the message? Do you want the message to popup when one of those 2 fields' values change? Or is it when the user goes to a specific layout. You need to provide as much detail as possible to see even is this is feasible. Simply asking if a dynamic popup message window can happen for users is too broad of a question.

field f1 is sensitive, if it gets a specific text a popup message must be send 2 some specific user.

to which user? The user who changes the value of f1 or another user logged on? Again I suggest you provide a better thorough detailed explanation rather than one sentence queries.

If the user doesnt change the field value then who does? How will the popup message be envoked by the end user? Will there one administrator that changes the field value?

Currently according to your description you have one field that is changed by someone to some unkown value, then it looks to see who is logged in, and sends a custom message to some users.

You are not helping your problem. I have asked you a few times to provide a more thorough explanation of your process but you have only given us one sentence replies, and simply restating your original post obviously does not help since if it was through enough the first time there would not have been additional posts asking for more information.

I personally have a vague idea of what you are trying to achieve, but you need to provide a full process description because I am not sure. If it is what I think it is, I do not believe you can do this.
