Filemaker PHP Invoicing Solution

Featured Replies

Hello All,

I am in the process of creating fx.php pages for our internal invoicing system. I would like to know if there is a commercial system out there that I can reference in creating my system. I would like the interface to be a seamless as possible for the user. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance.

I don't know if this is good or bad news for you, but here's a few:

I would like to know if there are any filemaker invoicing systems for sale. These systems all seem to be based off of some other database backend. If anyone knows of a commercially available filemaker invoicing solution please let me know.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello,

I am making some (Actually little) progress with my invoicing solution, but I have one question. Is there any way with php (through the database) or maybe javascript that I can have a user type a SKU into a text input field, and have the description and price field auto populate with the correct values based on the specific SKU? Please help as I have not been able to find this anywhere.

That may be possible with java. You would need to set up a command that 'OnLeave' a field match the SKU and fill it in the description field.

I can see the logic - but don't have the code off the top of my head.

Also I was reading that in FM 8.5 they have a new feature 'matching' that is set up to do just this.
