The first 2 are set as "11:00 PM" and I want the total time field to show the total time without the "am/pm". How do I make it do that? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And it still does not calculate right, if you start at 8 am and end at 4 pm the total time worked should show "8" but shows -14000 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ender Posted May 5, 2007 Share Posted May 5, 2007 The Total Time field should be a calc with the result type Time. Then format that field using 24-hour notation.
