FMS 5.5 won't initialize after security update

I have been running FMS 5.5 for several years with no problem. I just did a apple security 2008-004 update and now I cannot get FMS to initialize. I receive the following message in the log. "TCP/IP network initialization failed: the TCP/IP address is already in use or an address could not be obtained."

I am working on getting FMP9 up and running but that may take a few weeks. I run FMS on an older G4 450 that up until this point has not given me any problems.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
