Sever will not logout idle users

In FM Server 8 there is an option to logout or Kick out idle users after x number of mins. I did selected 1:20min so the employees would have to login the next day which in turn would set off a script that logs there time in... But FMS 8 does not kick them off... Why?

The idle time logout option also has to be set in the privileges in each file.

I have set the idle period for 1:30 min -- but it logs people off way before that -- what is the timing for this setting. Meaning If I want it to log off employees at 1 hr 30 min what do I need to set the idle period for?:?
