I have a problem (no surprise!) and I was wondering if anyone could help me... please!

I have four FMPro databases which worked perfect with CDML. I've just converted all my CDML to LDML, for using Lasso. Whenever I try adding a new record to any of the databases I get the error:

I finally figured out why I kept getting the "Missing Field Required" error when I tried adding records. I don't think my layouts were "corrupt" (as in a bug?) because I did create totally new databases and still got the same problem. The problem was that I had one layout on the database and that layout contained portals and other related fields which were from my other databases. I guess when you -add a record to a database via lasso, you should use a layout which only contains the fields you need for adding that record. Is that what they mean by "corrupt"?
