San Diego, CA – May 28, 2014 - Productive Computing, Inc., a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance, today announced the release of Core4 CRM for FileMaker Pro 13.  This new version has been updated throughout to utilize the new capabilities introduced in FileMaker Pro 13.  New Core4 CRM features include a completely redesigned web interface that uses FileMaker’s latest WebDirect technology.  Additional improvements include an update to the desktop interface, the implementation of a custom “Core” theme for customized graphics management, improved dashboard list views and graphs as well as an optimized iOS experience using FileMaker Go.

The Core4 CRM is an easy to use business information tool that serves as the central nervous system for every business it is used in.  Core4 was built with a “your data anywhere” philosophy by providing users with access into the Core4 system through the use of a FileMaker Pro client, FileMaker Go on the iPad or from a web browser using FileMaker WebDirect.

Coupled with Productive Computing’s FileMaker Pro cloud hosting services, Core4 CRM can be purchased under a per user monthly subscription service or for a one-time site license fee for an on premise or hosted installation.  Customers will also have three new custom tailored installation package choices that range from basic installation and training to an all-inclusive custom development package.  These new options are supported by a dedicated Core4 CRM support team that have been trained to provide a highly personalized initial integration and adoption of the software into a customer’s business as well as to provide an unparalleled level of personalized business consultation, training, support and custom development services.

“Our goal was not to simply sell a software license or subscription to our customers, but to set a new standard for how CRM software providers deliver and engage with their customers.  The Core4 solutions we put in place become the most critical business tools our customers use on a daily basis so we want to build a very deep relationship to ensure the customer is getting the most out of the tool.  The more we know about the customer and how their business operates, the better we can shape the tool to their needs.  Our new offerings and well defined setup packages help guide our customers to decide what level of service they would like to have and our new pricing greatly expands our offerings to customers at every budget level.”

-       Keith Larochelle, CFO, Productive Computing, Inc.

SaaS pricing is as little as $24/month/user with a minimum $500 setup fee and includes FileMaker Pro and upgrades as part of the subscription.

On premise site licenses can be purchased for $5000 for unlimited users – FileMaker Pro not included.
