Lee Smith Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Post you exhibits here. If you don’t know how to do this, then refer to this link Attach a File We ask that exhibits are posted here, because once you have your answer, the exhibit will likely disappear. Since we are a training site, having the exhibit here, it can help future readers of this thread with a similar problem. Lee
grahama1970 Posted July 16, 2014 Author Posted July 16, 2014 Ok. Will do. Not to get off track, Is there a way to add cell padding to a cells in table view?
Lee Smith Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Describe what you mean by “Padding”. i.e. 0’s, spaces, or what? What is the type of fields are you wanting to pad?
Josh Ormond Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 In the Inspector, Appearance tab, down under the "Paragraph" section...there is the option for "Indents". Â Â Edit: That will add indents to the left or right. To add space to the top or bottom, you have to go into the layout options and set the default vertical height.
grahama1970 Posted July 18, 2014 Author Posted July 18, 2014 While in Table View, I am looking for some left side padding so the field is several pixels away from the cell border rather than right along side it. In the case of the cell with 'Austin', I'm looking for a pixel or two of padding as it is right up against the cell border. Much appreciation.
LaRetta Posted July 18, 2014 Posted July 18, 2014 Josh explained how in post #5. :-) Look again at his screen shot. Select your Project Name field and change it's indent to 10 for the left as indicated.
