When I'm under accounts, or under contacts there is an button option to email that account or contact. Is there any way to automatically log that email so I can have a record of it? Even just recording in the log section the fact that I emailed the account (without the actual email) would help.

Hello Lowndes,

In order to log the E-mails that you send out, you cannot use the E-mail icon next to "E-mail:" in Contacts or Accounts. The E-mail button simply opens up the E-mail application and enters the contacts E-mail address. Instead, go to Contacts > E-mail Menu. Send your E-mail through there and your E-mail will be logged under "Contact Details" in the Communication and Notes tab.
