Smart Sort List View v.1.0.3

Just one script for all buttons, all layouts and all windows.

Sorts occur dynamically. Each column restores it's last sort order and a default sort order can be set for each field type.

 

Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

I am the author of the technique and did not realize someone else had already posted.

Additionally, the above post is at v1.0.3.
