I thought I would just mention this. In the Entity Relationships Diagram (ERD), the T27_Payments anchor is connected by "id_invoice" to the Invoices buoy.  The Invoices buoy  is named "T12a_payments_INVOICES||id_invoice|" instead of "T27a_payments_INVOICES||id_invoice|". 

You Have an ERD of the FM Starting Points?

What you have described is an Anchor Buoy relationship, are you sure your are not looking at the Relationship Graph? There is a difference.
