Does any know how (or if possible) to get a database file off of an IOS device (iPad, iPhone), that are in older versions of FileMaker Go.  When you try to open older versions of FM Go says the developer has to update them for them to open.  Which we know isn't going to happen.

Didn't know if there was a way to rescue these files or if they're lost

Thanks for replying Barbara.  Doesn't really help in my situation.  I'm trying to get to files I was opening on older versions of FM Go.  If the older version of FM Go won't even open, there doesn't seem to be a way I can get to those db files.

Did you check the second/third option mentioned in that article? AFAIK the app does not have to be running to transfer files that way.
