I want to see how a layout is going to look on the web without uploading to a server. I just want to let my computer serve a web page for a browser on my own computer. I tried to research but apparently wasn't using the right search terms. Thank you in advance.

Do you mean how it's going to look when the file is served using WebDirect?

Yes, I want to see how it will look when served via WebDirect.

I don't think that's possible without actually hosting the file using Filemaker Server. You can have a "developer" version of FMS installed on your computer for testing purposes like this (search for "FileMaker Developer Subscription").
