elipsett Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 The title pretty much says it all... FileMaker says it runs on Windows 11 Pro, but doesn't mention Home. Microsoft wants to upgrade my Win machine and I'm trying to figure out if I should let it. Anyone with experience? Thanks.
elipsett Posted February 21, 2022 Author Posted February 21, 2022 Nobody has tried this? Really? I'm just trying to see if it can be used locally, without server access, because it is useful to be able to program or reference things on my laptop outside of work.
MonkeybreadSoftware Posted February 21, 2022 Posted February 21, 2022 As far as I see, FileMaker Pro doesn't care for your Windows flavor, so it should run. But Claris Inc. tests it on Windows Pro only, so if there would be an issue, support would be limited. 1
elipsett Posted February 22, 2022 Author Posted February 22, 2022 Thank you. I understand that Claris doesn't promise anything, which is fine. I still figured that it would run just fine on Win11, although maybe without server access, and was hoping to find someone to confirm it.
