Hi everyone,

I am in the market for a music school program.

The college I work for is looking to have a band next year. There are several music teachers involved. Many Students will be renting instruments as well as having tuition classes.

6. Rentals

7. Teacher Assets

8. Student records

a. Reports

b. History

c.

Things the program must generate

1. Invoices for instrument rental/tuition/repairs etc.

2. Asset register

a. Instrument History/report (record damage/repairs)

b. Purchase date, warranty etc.

3. Time tables

a. Teacher

b. Student

c. Tuition room

d. Home room

4. Automatically allocate rotational lesson times or fixed.

5. Room allocation list by

a. Day

b. Teacher

6. Instruments out on loan

a. By Student

b. By ensemble

c. By teacher

7. Teacher pay due for tuition

8. Overdue payments

a. Statements

b. 30, 60 90 days etc.

9. Student rollover to next year.

10. Import and export data from/to our college administration database PCSchool

11. Report on generated invoices for the business office

12.

If any one has such a program that fits this description please send me an email at [email protected]

Thanks

Brad
