We need a basic system to be operational under 30 days and then about 30 days of finetuning.  We are ready to accept a practical solution that is already available and cover as much scope as possible

We have 10 users for this system that are using macs and PCs.

We favor a hosted solution for the web part.

We also would appreciate a multilingual solution (french+english)
