We are actively looking for a professional database developer that could help us find a way to develop a solution to integrate our key workflows. (right now we mix excel, email,acounting,..) Sales/CRM - Lead management - Quotations - Rental contact invoicing/management ( - Auto Follow up - Invoices - Payments - Phone integration - fax integration - Sales reports - Field sales Ecommerce - Shopping basket - Catalog - Customer Order tracking - Payment management - PDF Contract generation/download - Reseller extranet - Upsell Project management - Collaborative project management with outside partners - Project follow up Marketing - Emailing - Surveying (phone or email) Customer service/support - Ticket management - Field technical actions (repairs, setups, etc.) - Escalation Purchasing - Request for quotations - Quote management (suppliers answer online on a request extranet) Operations - Inventories - Expenses - Scheduled Maintenance - Management of third party technicians We need a basic system to be operational under 30 days and then about 30 days of finetuning. We are ready to accept a practical solution that is already available and cover as much scope as possible We have 10 users for this system that are using macs and PCs.
